Celebrating Vegetarian Indian Cuisine

Delhi KT Kitchen Team 10 July 2026 4 min read

Vegetarian cooking has always been central to Indian cuisine, and at Delhi Ka Tadka our vegetarian menu is just as rich and varied as our meat dishes.

Try our Daal Makhani, slow-cooked black lentils finished with cream and butter, or Chole Bhatoore, a Delhi street-food classic of spiced chickpeas with fluffy fried bread.

For something lighter, our Chaat Street section offers Dahi Bhalla Papdi Chaat and Aaloo Tikki Chaat — full of texture and tangy, sweet and spicy flavours in every bite.

Many dishes are marked VG (vegan) or can be tailored to vegan on request — just ask, and see our Full Menu page for the complete list with allergen tags.
